Refunds

At Miss Star, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products and wigs. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final once products have been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with.

Returns

We only accept returns on items that:


  • Are unused and unworn

  • Have original packaging and tags attached

  • Have not been customized, installed, dyed, cut, or altered in any way

  • Are requested within 3 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:


  • Worn wigs or hair products

  • Lace that has been cut

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products damaged through normal use or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Miss Star reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks. By purchasing from our website, customers agree to the policies listed above.
